  • Objective To study the effects of p27kip1gene on the proliferation in gastric cancer cell lines SGC-7901. Methods A replication-deficient adenovirus vector encoding p27kip1(ad-p27kip1) was constructed and human gastriccancer cell lines SGC-7901were transduced in vitro.
