Objective To study the effect of the proliferation activity of human glioma cells with HSV-TK/ACV system. Methods The eukaryotic expressing vectors pCR3-TK containing the HSV-TK gene and pCR3-Uni were transferred into TJ905 cells with cationic liposome, Lipofectamine .After transfection,G418 was used to select the positive clones.
