Clinical Study of Vinorelbine Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficiency and toxicity of combination chemotherapy with vinorelbine and cisplain in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Forty-six cases were treated with NP regimen, NVB 25-30mg/m 2,iv, d_ 1 and d_ 8; DDP 30mg/m 2,iv, from d_ 1 to d_ 3.The cycle was repeated every 21-28 days.
