  • Objective To determine the expression of CD44v6 and LYVE-1 in epithelial ovarian tumor and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of CD44v6 and LYVE-1 was examined by immunohistochemical streptravidin-biothin peroxidase(SP) assay.The correlation between their expression and the clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The expression of CD44v6 and LYVE-1 increased significantly in ovarian epithelial cancer compared to that in benign ovarian epithelial tumors and normal ovarian tissues.The ...
