  • Objective To understand the pathological features of induced MPM from rats and to uncover its development course and biological characteristic. Methods 100 Wistar rats were injected the suspension into the closed right chest cavity.Rats were dissected immediate after CT examination in different periods.There were 66 cases of MPM for two years.
