  • Objective To investigate the expression of OPG and OPGL in osteosarcoma and its significance. Methods The expression of OPG and OPGL in human osteosarcoma tissue,osteochondroma was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expressing rate of OPG was significant different between osteosarcoma and osteochondroma.The expressing rate of OPG was not significant different between osteosarcoma and osteochondroma.
