Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of transdermal fentanyl combined with pamidronate disodium for the management of patients with multiple osseous metastasis pain. Methods 32 cases were enrolled.They all had severe pain and didn t get midrange relief 15 days after treatment by transdermal fentanyl.The effects after combined with pamidronate disodium were observed.
