Effect of PDGF on the in-Vitro Growth of Leukemic Cell Dami

Objective It could help us to understand the role of PDGF in leukemogesis. Methods Dami cells were used as a tumor cell model to investigate the effect of PDGF on this cell proliferation and colony formation.
