  • Objective To compare the clinical result of CD34 + selected autologous peripheral blood stem cells transplantation(APBSCT)in malignant hematologic disease. Methods 11 patients received CD34 + selected APBSCT, 8 patients received unselected APBSCT.Peripheral blood stem cells from patients were mobilized by CTX +VP 16 and G CSF, and purified by CliniMACS device.
