Diagnosis and Treatment of Gastrointestine Stromal Tumors( Attach 36 Example Analysis)

Objective 　To explore the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestine st romal tumors. Methods Thirty-six patients with gast rointestine st romal tumors in Yi Chang cent ral people' Hospital from 1989 to 2006 were ret rospectively analyzed. Results 　Radical resection was performed in 36 cases with the shortest survival time being over 1 year and the longest being 12. 5 years ( still in good health) . Partial resection was performed in 4 cases, the dive time of the patient s with radical resection is 1 to 3 years. Conclusion 　The gastrointestine stromal tumors is rare and it s diagnosis is difficult due to the lack of clinical feature. Final diagnosis should be based on pathology. The disease is not very sensitive to radio therapy and chemotherapy, which makes surgical treatment the choice.
