Study on expression of Bcl-2 and CD44 in human lung cancer

Objective To explore the relationship of the expression of Bcl- 2, CD44s and CD44v6 with the oncogenesis, development and aggression of lung cancer. Methods Streptavidin- peroxidase conjugated method (SP) were used for detecting those proteins in 16 benign bronchus- lung diseases and 83 lung tumors.
