  • Objective To study the effects of human sperm membrane-bound hyaluronidase (PH-20) on gene transfected MDA231 cells growth and metastasis. Methods PH-20 cDNA was transfected into human breast cancer cell line MDA231.Transfectants (MDA231-PH-20) were then implanted onto chorioallantoic membrane (CAM).
