Objective To study the antitumor activity of Corilagin both in vitro and in vivo,and further evaluate its dose-effect relationship. Methods In vitro and in vivo study on the pharmacological activity of Corilagin were performed by using MTT assay and mice transplant tumor model combined chemical agent respectively.
