Induction of CEA-Specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes by dendritic cells transfected with CEA-recombinant vaccinia virus

Objective To study the in vitro immune response induced by dendritic cells(DCs) transfected with CEA-recombinant vaccinia virus (rV-CEA).
