Relationship between the vascular endothelial growth factor and microvessel density of ovarian neoplasm and its clinic-pathology

Objective To explore the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the microvessel density (MVD) of ovarian neoplasm. Methods Strept-Avidin-Birotin consplex(SABC) immunohistochemistry method was used to determine the expression of VEGF and MVD in 54 cases of ovarian malignant and controls.
