Expression of p53 Protein in DLBCL and Its Relationship with Expression of Ki-67 Protein

Objective 　To study the expression of p53 and its relationship with expression of Ki-67 in the immunology types of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) . Methods 　The expression of p53 and Ki-67 in the immunology types of DLBCL and reactive hyperplasia lymphoid node, were detected by MaxVision immunohistochemicalmethod. Results 　In 60 specimens of DLBCL patient s. immunology type : GCB 25 cases, non-GCB 35 cases. GCB 25 cases, the positive rates of p53 were 16. 0 %, non-GCB 35 cases, the positive rates of p53 was 45. 7 %. GCB 25 cases, Ki-67 were high expression in 4 specimens ;non-GCB 35 cases, Ki-67 were high expression in 18 specimens ( P < 0. 01) . Ki267 were high expression in 12 specimens in 20 specimens of DLBCL patient s of p53 positive, Ki-67 were high expression in 10 specimens in 40 specimens of DLBCL patient s of p53 negative. The p53 expression was found significant association with Ki-67 expression . Conclusion 　The high expression of p53 and Ki267 were related to non-GCB immunology type of DLBCL, The low expression of p53 and Ki-67 were related to GCB immunology type of DLBCL.
