Expressionof p27kipl Protein, E Rand P Rin Endometrial Tissues and Its Significance

Objective To study the expression and significance of p27 kipl protein, estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR)in carcinoma of endometrium. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detemine the expression of p27 kipl in 66 caeses of endometrial carcinomas(EC),29 atypical endometrial hyperplasia (AEH) and 31 normal endometrium(NE),as well as of ER and PR in the carcinomas.
