TGF-βRⅠ Expression and its Clinical Significance in the Elderly Gastric Carcinoma

Objective To study the relations between TGF-βRIexpression and carcinogenesis of gastric mucosa, biological behavior or prognosis in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of TGF-βRI was examined immunohistochemically in benign gastric mucoas, resected gastric carcinoma, using anti-polyclonal antibody.
