  • Objective Single Tropisetron and Tropisetron with others in the prevention of delaged high dose Cisplatin-induced nausea and emesis were studied. Methods Two groups patients were observed.One group used Tropisetron single (control group)and another used Tropisetron with Dexamethasone and methclopramide(Test group).They were observed four days.The dose of Cisplatin was in range of 40～60mg/m 2.
