  • Objective To observe the clinical efficacy in combination chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer. Methods Fifty-four patients with advanced gastric cancer received combination chemotherapy:hydroxy camptothecin(HCPT),fluorodeoxyuridine(FUDR),calcium folinate(CF),cisplatin(DDP),one cycle is twenty-eight days.Every case received two to six cycles,observe clinical efficacy and toxicity. Results CR 2cases( 3.70% ),PR 29cases(53.7%),NC 14cases(25.9%),PD 9cases(16.6%).The overall effective rate(CR+PR)is 57....
