  • Objective To screen human gastric carcinoma cell line with spontaneous highly peritoneal metastasis in nude mice and to provide a model for experimental study. Methods The human gastric carcinoma cell line GC9811(1×10 7) was inoculated intraperitoneally into nude mice.
