  • Objective To investigate bag-1 and bcl-2 expressions in colorectal cancer and evaluate their clinical significance. Methods bag-1 and bcl-2 expressions were studied by immunohistochemical Streptavidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex(SABC) method in 64 samples of colorectal cancer tisues, 10 normal colorectal tissus, and their clinical significance were analyzed. Results The positive rate of bag-1 expression in the colorectal carcinoma tissus was 64.1%, and it was 10.0% in the normal colorectal tissus(P< 0.05)....
