Effects of Genistein on Proliferation, Apoptosis and Cisplatin Sensitivity of Drug-resistant Human Ovarian Carcinoma Cell SKOV-3

Objective To study the effects of genistein on proliferation, apoptosis and cisplatin sensitivity of drug-resistant ovarian carcinoma cell skov-3. Methods MTT assay was used to analyze growth inhibitory effect of genistein alone and with cisplatin on SKOV-3 cell. Cell cycle arrest and apoptosis was meas-ured by flow cytometry (FCM).
