  • Objective To study the expression of PTEN, survivin and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of PTEN, survivin, PCNA was evaluated in 60 cases paraffin embedded of breast cancer and 36 cases of mammary gland hyperplasia by immunohistochemical technique(SP), labeling index (PI) of PCNA was acted as a marker of the cellular proliferating activity.
