Objective To study the injury of the sinusoidal endothelial cells (SEC)in the hepatocarcinoma tissues following ischemia and reperfusion. Methods The hepatocarcinoma animal models were established by implantation of VX_ 2 tumor constitution mass into the liver of rabbits.
