Expression of Beta-catenin,cyclinD1 and C-myc Genes in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the correlation between the clinic pathologic parameters of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and the expression of beta-catenin、cyclinD1 and c-myc genes. Methods Immunohistochemical technique(EnVision~ TM plus) was applied to detect the expression of beta-catenin、cyclinD1 and c-myc proteins in 52 HCC tissues and surrounding tissues.
