Regulation of NS-398 on Expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 in Hepatocullar Carcinoma SMMC-7721 Cell Lines

Objective To explore the role of NS-398 in angiogenesis and invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods For dose-dependent experiments, media containing various concentrations of NS-398 (0, 25, 50, 75 and 100μmol/L) were used.
