  • Objective To correlate the expression of c-myc in the thymomas with histological type, clinical stage. Methods c-myc's expression in paraffin-embedded sections of 41 thymomas and 18 non-neoplastic thymus were detected by immunohistochemical SP assay. Results The positive rates of c-myc in thymomas and non-neoplastic thymus was 63.4% (26/41), 16.7% (3/18). And the different was significant (P< 0.01 ).
