Optimization for Tumor-cytotoxicity Effect of CTL Induced by Super Antigen SEB

Objective Selecting the best combination of tumor-cytotoxicity effect of CTL by orthogonal design. Methods CTLs were separated by complement lyses method, and then MTT was performed to determine the tumor-cytotoxicity effect of CTL. The optimal combination was obtained by orthogonal design.
