The Differences on the Expression of p19~(ARF) and p16~(INK4a) in Human Osteosarcoma

Objective To elucidate the differences in tumor genesis, progression on the expression of p19~ ARF and p16~ INK4a in human osteosarcoma. Methods Paraffin embedded surgical specimens from 37 cases of human osteosarcoma are used to detect p19~ ARF and p16~ INK4a proteins by monoclonal indirect immunofluorescence method.
