  • Objective To investigate the effects of Panax notoginseng saponins(PNS)on nuclear factor κB and tissue factor in NB4 cells. Methods The effects of PNS on TFmRNA,p65 and IκBα expression were evaluated by RT-PCR and Westernblotting,respectively. Results PNS down-regulated the expression of TF-mRNA. PNS inhibited the expression of IκBα and nuclear p65. Conclusion PNS could down-regulate the expression of TF-mRNA by inhibition of NFκB pathway.
