Clinical Pathology Analysis of 15 Cases Pulmonary Inflammatory Pseudoma

Objective Analyse the clinical.iconograph and histopathology feature of 15 cases pulmonary inflammatory pseudoma approved by pathology. Methods Collect the cases of 1995～1999,review the data of clinical and iconograph and read the pathology section. Results The median ill age is 36 years,and male is higher than femal.They have a series symptom such as cough、whoosh sputum、stuffness in the chest、X-ray have solitary tumor,and were excised by operation.the characteristic of B type ultrasonic is mainly low echo area or weak echo area,and can also be asymmetry distribute and irregular bulky echo. Conclusion If can't exclude the possibility of lung cancer,can combinate with iconograph.cytology or pathology to confirm it.
