  • Objective To investigate the expression of integrin β1 subunit and regulation of survival and proliferation in human glioma cell lines. Methods Flow cytometry detect the expression of integrin β1 subunit in SHG44 glioma cell line.Glioma cell line covered with collagen I was treated with the antibody of integrin β1 subunit at different concentrations and cell growth was analyzed by MTT assay.
