Clinical Study of Paclitaxel Combined with 5-Fu/CF in the Treatment of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of paclitaxel combined with 5-fluorouracil /calcium flinate in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods 43 cases with adv-anced gastric cancer were enrolled.PTX 135mg/m² iv 3hr d_ 1, CF 200mg/ m² iv infusion for 2h followed by 5-Fu 500mg/m² iv bolus and 5-Fu 3 000 / m² iv infusion through the vein bump for 48h repeated every 3 weeks.Tumor assessment was done after 3 cycles.
