Diagnosis and treatment of spleen tumor

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of spleen tumor. Methods 25 cases were analyzed retrospectively, who were operated from Jul. 1978 to Jun. 1999 in our hospital because of spleen tumor. Results The incidence of spleen tumor in males was similar to female. And the complains were always the discomfort, pain and tumor in left hypochondrium.
