Abstract

Objective To study the relationship between Human VEGF level and malignant tumor. Methods We determined the serum VEGF with self-made VEGF monoclonal antibody in 342 patients of malignant tumor and normal persons. Results The serum VEGF level in the patients with malignant tumor were higher than that in normal person( P <0.01).
