Abstract
Objective To increase the detection rate of primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) by applying different tumor markers. Methods Using the different tumor markers Protein Chip Diagnose System to determine and analyze the concent ration values of 5 tumor markers in the sera of 50 PHC patient s, 13 malignant tumor patient s, 43 inflammation patient s and 230 normal persons. Results The positive detection rate of AFP, CA19-9, CA125, CEA and CA242 of PHC was 86 %, 42 %, 38 %, 24 %, 18 % respectively. The total positive detection rate of PHC with combined five tumor markers reached to 96. 00 %. Conclusion The positive diagnostic accuracy of PHC can be improved by combined the five tumor markers.
