Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction Assay Designed for the Detection of LunX-mRNA in Peripheral Blood to Research the Micrometastasis in non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective To set up a good method to detect the micrometastasis in peripheral blood for non small cell lung caner patients and try to find the relationship between operation and micrometastasis.
