Clinical Analysis of Seven Patients with Primary Pulmonary Leiomyosarcoma and Literature Reviews

Objective To study the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary pulmonary leiomyosarcoma. Methods The clinical manifestations, X ray, operation methods and prognosis were analyzed by retrospectively summarizing 7 cases of primary pulmonary leiomyosarcoma fom 1991 to 2003 and combining 75 cases reported by literature reviews.
