Clinical Applicated Investigation of Tumor Marker CA72-4,CA19-9 in Digestive Tract (Cancer)

Objective To study and evaluate the clinical value and prognostic significance of Carbohydrate Antigen 19-9(CA19-9) Tumor-Associated Glycoprotein72-4(CA72-4) in digestive tract cancer. Methods Serum levels of CA19-9 and CA72-4 were determined by immunoradiometric assay in 50 normal healthy adults and 229 patients diagnosed of digestive tract disease.
