Relationship between FHIT Protein and Msh2,bcl-2,bax Protein Expression in Human Sporadic Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship between FHIT protein and Msh2,bcl-2,bax protein expression in human sporadic colorectal carcinoma (SCRC). Methods Expression of FHIT, Msh2,bcl-2 and bax protein were detected by Streptavidin-Peroxidase Coiujated (S-P) method of immunohistochemical technique in 84 cases of primary SCRC.
