Objective To study the inducing Differentiation effect of cinnamic acid and vitamin C on HL 60. Methods After the HL 60 cells treated by cinnamic acid (2.5mmol/L) and vitamin C (0.5mmol/L) alone or together, thechange of the cell morphology, the cell proliferation rate, NBT reduction and color reaction of peroxidase of the cell were observed.
