  • Objective To explore the inhibitory effect of liposome-C-erbB-2 antisense phosphorothioate oligodeoxynucleotides (c-erbB-2 ASODN) on the human ovarian epithelial cancer transplanted subcutaneously in nude mice. Methods Human ovarian epithelial cancer cell lines SKOV 3 were treated with liposome -c-erbB-2 ASODN, and then transplanted subcutaneously in nude mice.
