  • Objective To investigate effect on proliferation, cell cycle and expression of p21 and c-myc protein of human lung adenocarcinoma SLC-89 cells induced by Cisplatin in order to find out the mechanism of its anticancer action. Methods By techniques of cell culture in vitro, SLC-89 cells were treated by Cisplatin in different concentration for 72h, then proliferation of cell was measured by MTT method, and cell cycle and expression of p21 and c-myc protein were observed by Flow-Cytometry(FCM) respectively.
