A study on plasma DNA from patients with lung cancer

Objective To study the diagnostic value of LOH and MSI of 3p microsatellite point in free plasma DNA of lung cancer patients. Methods We use techniques of PCR and sliver dye to detect LOH and MSI of three microsatellite sites of plasma DNA on chromosome 3p from 37 surgery fresh tissues and whole blood sample from 94 patients.
