  • Objective To discuss the clinical significance of quantitative DNA in imprint smear of thyroid neoplasm by image analysis. Methods 54 patients with thyroid neoplasm were studied using image cytometery( ICM ). Results The difference of DNA ploidy types between benign and malignant tumor cells was significant.
