  • Objective To study the mechanism of typical medullary carcinoma and atypical medullary carcinoma′s similar morphology and different prognosis . Methods The immunohistochemical staining method was used to evaluate the positivity of E cadhein,CD44v6 in 30 cases of atypicial medullary carcinoma and 18 cases of typicial medullary carcinoma.
