Efficacy study of hyperthermotherapy combined with cisplatin injected into thoracic cavity in the treatment of pleural effusion from malignant neoplams

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of hyperthermotherapy plus cisplatin(DDP) in the treatment of pleural effuion from malignant neoplams. Methods Sixty eight cancer patients with pleural effuion were divided into two groups. Group A(30 cases) were treated with DDP injected into thoracic cavity plus hyperthermotheraoy.
