Paclitaxel combination with other chemotherapeutic agents for advanced upper digest tract carcinoma patients

Objective To evaluate the effect and toxicity of paclitaxel combination with other chemotherapeutic agents for advanced upper digest tract carcinoma patients. Methods Thirty two patients, which were 8 esophageal cancer patients, 10 cardiac cancer patients and 14 gastric cancer patients, were treated with TP or TF regimen, Cycles repeated for 28 days.
