Study of the Cell Apoptosis and Mechanism of Plant Polysaccharide in Cellular Signalling Pathway

  • Objective To study the cell apoptosis and probe its under lying mechanism of plant polysaccharide in cellular signalling pathway. Methods After cultured for 1 and 8h, the cell apoptotic rate of mice sarcoma S-180 ell line was observed by flow cytomet ry. Results cell apoptosis of mice sarcoma S- 180 cell line was induced by PB (polyporusum bellatus) PPS (pachyman polysaccharides) APS (ast ragalus polysaccharides) in dose-and time-dependent manners. Af ter respectably treated with 100, 250, 500μg/ mL of Plant polysaccharide for 1 and 8h. The cell apoptotic rate of mice sarcoma S- 180 cell line were on the rise with time and dose. The apoptotic rate of experiment groups have significant difference compared with control ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion Plant polysaccharide may induce cell apoptosis of S- 180 cell line in early phase and induce necrocytosis in late phase, inbihits proliferation of mice sarcoma S- 180 cell.
